All you need is a private space and a phone, tablet, or computer with internet.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST
Telehealth Appointment Availability
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST
Tuesday & Thursday evenings: extended sessions until 8:00 PM MST
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM MST for select Healing Circles and appointments
